Here are 3 things to do to get ready for the shift into fall, which will help us stay healthy:
1)For ourselves-internal purification clarification of our intentions, and intensify our spiritual practices. (Stay tuned for tips this week....)
2)For the planet-take part in taking care and respect for our planet, choose farm fresh seasonal veggies and avoid the seasonal fall colds and sicknesses.
3)For you mates- understand that at our core we are one with those around us. Mantra repetition, meditaion and yoga are all practices that help is to find that union, those similarities.
These simple awareness practices will help you feel a state of wholeness, compassion and understanding.
When we chant ‘Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi’ we ask for peace, we make ourselves active seekers of a peaceful state, where we feel whole within and without :)
