Tool number 1

So here is the First TOOL to Unleash your Shine.

1) DIET :
when I talk about detox I refer to cleansing the liver. As I mentioned the liver is the one organ of the body that assimilates and digests all the poisons and toxins that we take in. When the liver is overworked it cannot properly do its job, I mean can you properly function if you are overworked?

Let's take a look at what clogs the liver:
-pollution
-chemicals from our foods and drinks
-pesticides found in non-organic foods
-hormones found in animal foods
-excess fats
-processed foods
When the liver is overworked it cannot properly function causing:
-sickness in the form of imbalance in the body
-weight gain
-irritability
-anger
-lack of energy
..and more serious things.

The bottom line being when the liver is not properly cleansed and nourished It blocks the expression of our shine!
