This serves 3 large glasses of yummyness
-1 cup blueberries
-1 cup blackberries
-3/4 mujool dates
-3 generous cups hazelnut milk
-1 small container of almond coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
-2 tbls almond butter
The extra taste:
-1 tbls of vanilla extract
-1 scoop green powder
-1 tbls masala chai mix
blend it all and gulp it down!

Everything that we take into our body becomes us and has us be vibrating on some energetic level. It is important to understand our food, and why we choose to eat it.
