Glorious Greens Smoothie
The Fruit:
1 banana
1/2 pear
2 dates
1whole coconut (meat and water)
The Veggies:
1tbls green powder
1 avocado
1 bunch spinach
The Body:
1/2 cup almond yogurt
2 tsp vanilla
The Powders:
1 tsp tumeric
1tsp ginger
Extra:
1/2 tbls agave
A great liquid meal. Satisfies the sweet tooth and gives you all the energy you need. Avocados are one of my favorite foods, and source of healthy fat. Here are some of the reasons why you should have avocado:
