Spicy Squash Yumminess!!!!

This is so yum, you have to try it!

1 medium size butternut squash
2 or 3 celery stalks
1 medium red pepper
1/4 tofu (approx.)
1 garlic
2 teaspoons (about..a little more) red curry powder
1 teaspoon yellow curry powder
a little peperoncino
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup of veg broth
olive oil and salt to taste
scallions and the squash crust

Preheat oven at 375`
-place squash in oven and bake until slighly soft, about 15 min
Take our your blender and place:
sqash, celery, pepper, tofu, veg broth, garlic
the following I like to add a little at a time just so I can adjust it to my tase:
curries, peperoncino, salt, olive oil

at the very end if its not sweet enough I add a little maple syrup.
then as that blends, chop up the scallions and the crust of the squash and grill it til crunchy
you can also use some tofu or just seeds to top it.
