Spicy Kale Salad:
This makes for a few days:
1 bunch of kale
2 honey crisp apples
1cup dry wheat berries (amount before cooked)
1 box alfa alfa
1/2 cup goji berries
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or as many as you like
1/4 cup cashew halves
finely minced garlic clove
Dressing:
Olive oil/jalapeno/salt
or good with any dressing you like
So detox, so filling, so yum!
