You can incorporate positive thinking in your life!
Some simples ways...pick one or all:
-ask people what is good and new
-brag about what is going well with you
-consciously put your mind on positive thoughts
-journal everything you are thankful for
As you reflect on the positive, you'll notice what a difference it can make when you focus on positive things in your life and the goals you want to accomplish.
If you are able to catch the negative though patterns and then recognize that they truly have no power over you, you can move forward more easily.
