Lettin your flower blossom

Had a wonderful weekend with my Guru Sharath. He talked about Yoga and the importance of asana practice...
"Yoga practice is like planting a flower. You prepare the soil for the seed then you place the seed in the earth, you nourish it with water and fertilizer, you attend to it everyday carefully, then eventually the flower will blossom.Asana practice when attended to for a long time, without interruption and with enthusiasm slowly happens within you, it blossoms inside of you."

"Practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended to for a long time, without break, and with enthusiasm"
