Nori Egg Wrap
Super easy super yummy!
Here we go…
For the egg wrap:
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
curry powder/salt/pepper
2 sheets of nori seaweed
For the inside:
1/2 avocado
1 carrot
1/4 piece of squash
bunch of watercress
Making the wrap:
whisk eggs together.
add curry/salt/pepper to taste
heat a large pan, you want the egg sheet to be thin once it cooks!
place the nori seaweed sheets on top as egg cooks
cut up the veggies and roll them up!
ps…this make for 2 or 3 egg wraps
I like to add kale salad around it for the bitterness, it helps me digest the egg!
