Here's whats on Bibi's plate...variety of taste...great to share!

Tricolor sweet Spelt past:
Red cabbage&cauliflower
Cumin, oil&pepper
Topped with Gomasio yum!!!

Raw Dark green bitter soup:
TuscanKale, Leeks&Zucchini
Coconut water, Agave
Oil&salt

Side of:
Salty Crunchy Kale
kale stems&Scallions
Baked tempeh

As you've probably noticed, I don't believe in measurements when it comes to cooking...so experiment with your intuition and play around with colors an taste!
