2) For the planet-take part in taking care and respect for our planet, choose farm fresh seasonal veggies and avoid the seasonal fall colds and sicknesses.
Here are some veggies&fruits you should look for and fill your plates with :)

Apples, damsons, medlars, pears, quince, plums, chestnuts, elderberries, artichoke, aubergine, beetroot, broccoli, butternut squash, carrots, celery, courgette, fennel, garlic, kale, leeks, onions, potatoes, turnips, watercress, celeriac, kohlrabi, pumpkin, jerusalem artichoke, parsnips, chicory, beetroot, cauliflower

My advise is to just experiment, carve out 1 day a week where you can experiment with your cooking skills…so turn on some music, fill your fridge with healthy seasonal foods and…I promise you will enjoy it :)
