A quick idea

Here is a very easy, yet effective practice to be done first thing in the morning and last thing at night:

Morning practice before your day begins:
Take a deep, long breath in and a deep, long breath out.
Mentally repeat ONE encouraging word 3 times.

Night practice, before you fall asleep:
Take a deep, long breath in and a deep, long breath out.
Mentally repeat ONE positive word 3 times
